All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Available for all orders
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Available for orders over $50

Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Forever Footwear Sale purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

Important Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bridal footwear (items from our BRIDAL collection) unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the footwear in its original box, then place it in a shipping box.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
