Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bridal footwear (items from our BRIDAL collection) unless they arrive damaged or defective. All other footwear (flats, low heels, and wedges) may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with authorization and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the footwear in its original box, then place it in a shipping box.

Refund Process
