Are your shoes true to size?
Our shoes generally run true to standard sizing. Each product page includes detailed sizing charts and width options. For bridal shoes, we recommend ordering a half size up if you’ll be wearing them for extended periods.
Do you offer wide-width options?
Yes! Many of our flats and low heels come in multiple width options. Look for the “W” designation in product descriptions or use our filter system to find wide-width styles.
Ordering & Account
How do I create an account?
During checkout, simply select “Create Account” after entering your email address. You’ll be able to track orders, save favorites, and get exclusive offers. We never share your information with third parties.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Where do you ship?
We ship globally to fashion-forward women worldwide! (Excluding some remote areas in Asia). Our Charlotte-based warehouse ensures quick processing with international shipping partners.
What are my shipping options?
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch (best for bridal heels/wedges)
Free Shipping: Via EMS on orders over $50 – 15-25 business days after dispatch (ideal for multiple flats/low heels)

Can I track my order?
Yes! Both shipping methods include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order dispatches from our Charlotte facility.
Do I need to pay customs fees?
International customers may be responsible for customs/duties based on local regulations. These fees aren’t included in your order total and will be collected by your local carrier if applicable.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Shoes must be unworn, in original packaging with tags attached. Bridal shoes have special considerations – see below.
How do I return an item?
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Can I return bridal shoes?
Bridal shoes may be returned only if unused and with the protective sole covering intact. Due to their special nature, we recommend ordering early to allow time for potential exchanges.
What if my shoes arrive damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Our quality control team will investigate to prevent future issues.
